Siam Indigo

Arriving swiftly after the Baba Dinner in Phuket Town I needed a refreshing cocktail - a Mojihto which was made by Cathy and her team with perfection.

The ambience is wonderful - a haven in Phuket Town.  Siam Indigo can be found on Phang-Nga Road in the heart of old Phuket Town - near to the On On hotel (or simply click on the map below).  Our friends arrived and were ready to eat (after more cocktails) and we dived in - the blend of Thai and Western food was balanced perfectly.

This is a place to escape to with people you care about - thank you. (ps - don't eat too much because you have to leave room for the pudding)

Cloud 19 (4th visit)

This is a spectacular restaurant in a very quiet part of Phuket - the South, South East of Phuket (read my first review for directions).

The beach was fun for my daughter, the service was impeccable, the food lovely and the ambiance super.

The Chalet (3rd visit)

This has become an easy place to drop in for dinner because it is on the way home so I do not know how critical I will be... BUT my daughter loves the simple Chicken Fried Rice.

Mister Donut

How many outlets are there in Phuket?

Donuts are good BUT the coffee... the one above looks (and tastes) like there is a dead frog floating in it.

Mor Mu Dong (หมอมูดง)

This is a local restaurant which is off the beaten track - South of Phuket and near to Parlai seafood in Chalong.

This is certainly an experience - just the drive. The huts are just that BUT the food was extremely Thai - I could only eat one dish - my wife thought the food was delicious.

My daughter and I watched the crabs instead!

There are some beautiful photographs on the
Phuket 101 blog...

Kentucky Fried Chicken

There are a great number of fast food places in Phuket - we like to go to
Kentucky Fried Chicken.

We like the custard tarts and the children's toys are good as well
