Chill Ve'r Coffee was somewhere I found on the way back from the Winter Festival.
It was wonderful and a site for sore feet with a tired back so it was exactly what I needed.
I didn't meet anyone there and there did not look like there was very much trade.
BUT if you are in the area I would go there again - a nice location.
