The Chef defies pure logic with his pastry he juggles, he pulls, he pushes THEN he stretches and whirls it around - a miracle defying all the logic that i learnt in Physics.
Then comes the drizzled condensed milk - best served with a Thai traditional coffee - Kopi coffee is a popular one - very strong - there is a Kopi coffee shop in Phuket....
