Natural is also referred to as Thamachat and has certainly got a history in Phuket - lovely to see that they now have a website. It is certainly an interesting place to visit - just have a look at their gallery on their website - it certainly is interesting!
So what happens to all the old television sets, irons, masks, trowels, puppets, computer screens, wooden animals and so much more.
Then they have taken time to add plants all around. There are 3 or 4 levels to the restaurant and the staff usually guide you to the appropriate floor - the ground floor is usually the most busy - but there is a small pond there with some big fish in there...
I love their fresh fruit juices made as an iced smoothie - I will usually have two! The food is cooked quickly and there is also a large number of dishes to choose from.
Not sure why there are frog's legs on the menu but there is also a selection of Western dishes.
So what was fabulous - Yam Ma Muang - Spicy green mango salad - fresh and wonderful.
Happy to see that it is still popular with the local Thai people - this is always a good indication of their Thai food. Not all of my visits were great so I was glad that this last visit certainly was an improvement to my last one - back to the old school?
