Farang (farang is Thai for foreigner) restaurant was a small restaurant on the side of the road next to Index with Tesco / Lotus at one end and Central at the other AND now a plethora of bigger shopping plazas.
It serves Italian and Thai fusion food (and more) and it is incredibly convenient if you are shopping. The Thai food and ice cream and cakes are also good - never had a coffee.
